*Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Maine.


We use Boston Truck Company for all of our deliveries. They have extensive experience in delivering antiques across the country and take great care in protecting your purchase along the way.

Your antique will be carefully blanket wrapped, delivered into your home and placed in the room of your choice. Please be certain of its final location before delivery.

In the unlikely event that something should happen to your purchase during shipping, insurance is included in the shipping cost as added protection.

Return Policy

*If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

- Authorization must be given by Lovell Hall prior to the return

- Item must be returned by approved carrier within 14 days of original delivery

- All return shipping and insurance expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser
Upon receipt of the returned item, assuming the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped, a refund will be made for the cost of the item only. Shipping costs are not refundable.

- Returns will not be accepted on items that have been altered at the customer's request.

- If requesting a refund for a purchased item that held in the warehouse at the customer's request for longer than three weeks before delivery, a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund.

*Antiques cannot be returned.
